Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Please read this section carefully, as it affects your legal rights. Except for claims that may be brought in small claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will take place in Jefferson County, Alabama, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and we agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You and we waive any right to a jury trial.
